What types of courses do you offer?

We offer a variety of low voltage continuing education courses, including topics such as security systems, fire alarms, code, networking, structured cabling and more. Our courses are designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in the industry, ensuring you stay updated with the latest technologies and practices.

How can I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, simply visit our course catalog on the website, select the course you are interested in, and follow the registration instructions. You can complete the enrollment process online, making it convenient and accessible.

Are the courses accredited or certified?

Yes, our courses are accredited and recognized by Arello and have been submitted and approved by the States of Mn and Florida. More states to come! Upon completion, participants receive certificates that can be used for professional development and continuing education credits, enhancing your credentials in the low voltage field. Note: if you are licensed in multiple states and the class is approved in more than one state, we will report the hours to additional states for $20 each state, you do not need to take the course over.

What is the duration of the courses?

The duration of our courses varies depending on the topic and format. Most online courses can be completed at your own pace, while some in-person workshops may last a full day or two, providing comprehensive training.

Is there a refund policy for courses?

Yes, we have a refund policy in place. If you feel like the course did not meet your expectations FOR ANY REASON will will offer you a 100pct full refund. Note: you must complete the refund request BEFORE it is completed and submitted to the state. Under no circumstances will we refund any money after reporting your hours to the state.

Can I access course materials after completion?

Yes, once you sign up for a course, you will be able to open and download a complete pdf of the course at no extra charge (unlike the competition).
